Barre Flow
This practice combines barre and pilates movements with a vinyasa yoga flow. Class moves from strengthening exercises to therapeutic stretching with yoga-like fluidity. Roll out your mat and let's flow together!
Barre
Barre is a movement practice that combines elements of yoga, pilates and ballet. Class focuses on low-impact strengthening movements with high reps of small, isometric movements. Class is set to an upbeat playlist. Bring your energy, your willingness and your sense of humor!
Gentle Flow Yoga
This practice is designed to calm your nervous system and to take a softer approach to our yoga practice. This feel good class will flow through yoga asana at a slower pace, leaving us space to find stillness and peace.
Restorative Yoga
This restful practice is designed for deep relaxation and to help ease stress and calm our nervous system. In this soothing class, we will hold postures for longer periods of time utilizing our props to to help aid us in the pose leaving us feeling rested and restored.
Primal Flow Yoga
Primal Flow is a wild, beat droppin', bum shakin' yoga flow. Our practice will flow between yoga asana, cardio bursts and primal movements. Meet me on your mat to release, to express and to unleash.

Props are recommended in many of our practices but certainly not all of them. If you don't have props at home, you can always improvise, go without or use the on demand filters to find a class that doesn't require them. If you're looking to purchase props, here's a general idea of the types that I would recommend-
Set of yoga blocks (foam blocks are typically more manageable than cork blocks because cork can be quite heavy but you do you)
Light, handheld weights (2 or 3 lbs.)
Resistance band
Yoga bolster- we don't use these often but they can be wonderful in restorative classes. Sturdy pillows can also be used here instead.
