Vinyasa Yoga, Barre Flow, Barre & Gentle Flow Yoga are offered on a regular basis and pop-ups like Restorative and Primal Flow Yoga are added on occasion.
Vinyasa Yoga is a thoughtful practice of yoga postures, moving meditations & breath work used to help us connect our mind, body & spirit.
Barre Flow is a practice that combines barre & pilates movements with a vinyasa yoga flow. Class moves from strengthening exercises to therapeutic stretching with yoga-like fluidity.
Barre is a movement practice that combines elements of yoga, pilates & ballet. Class focuses on low-impact strengthening movements with high reps of small, isometric movements. Class is set to an upbeat playlist!
Gentle Flow Yoga is a practice that is designed to calm your nervous system & to take a softer approach to our yoga practice. This feel-good class will flow through yoga postures at a slower pace, leaving us space to find stillness & peace.
What props will I need?
Props are never necessary but can be a useful tool during some of our practices. You can use the filters in the on demand library to decide which props you'd like to use and even if a class you choose has a prop that you don't have at home, you can always improvise or go without.
If you're ready to purchase props, it's helpful to have a set of light weights (2 or 3 lbs.), a set of yoga blocks, a long resistance band like these as well as a looped mini band like these in addition to your yoga mat. We also sometimes use a chair, stool, countertop, etc. to act as a barre. If you don't have any or all of the props, you can certainly make do without them.
Can I take class without a membership?
Of course!! You can drop-in for a class anytime! And if you choose an on demand class, you'll have access to it for 72 hours after purchase.
Do I need to have fitness experience to take class?
Absolutely not! All classes are designed with all fitness levels in mind and many options are given throughout class to make it as accessible as possible for all bodies. I always encourage everyone to go at their own pace, rest when needed and to truly honor your body. All memberships also include access to Yoga Foundations a self paced program to begin your yoga journey.
The on demand library is huge. How do I choose a practice?
Every week's practices are themed and each class builds upon the last so if you're looking for a place to start, you could find a theme that you resonate with and start there. You could also use the on demand filters to find a category that you'd like. In the mood for twists? There's a category for that. Heart openers? Check. Play around with the filters and have fun with it!

To cancel your membership, click on the livestream or on demand page of this site. Once you are logged into your account, you'll notice an emoticon in the right hand corner of the page. Hover over it and then click account. Click active packages and then your subscription should appear. To the right of it, there will be 3 dots where you can hover and click "cancel". Once you've cancelled, you will not be billed again but will still have access to your account for the remainder of the billing cycle. No refunds will be given.
