That's why I've created the Roots Membership. In addition to the wonderful benefits of our luxe membership, Roots also includes 1:1 coaching to help you create a firmly rooted movement practice.
Besides having access to unlimited livestream & on demand Barre & Yoga classes, you'll also work directly with me each week to check in. We'll touch base at the beginning of the week to see how you're feeling and to create a plan for movement for that week utilizing the classes here on the platform or through other forms of movement. You'll receive accountability, acceptance and the support of someone cheering you on and checking in.
